Todd Kenck

Mr. Kenck comes to Hamstreet & Associates from a 15-year career in technology investment banking and finance. Specializing in capital projects and merger and acquisition advisory services, in recent years Mr. Kenck has also served as Vice President and CFO of a NASDAQ-listed technology company and a venture-financed software company. He brings impressive expertise in finance, technology, and communications to his position at Hamstreet & Associates, as well as significant experience in negotiation, litigation management, and employee supervision.

As former Vice President and CFO of Innoprise Software in Bend, Oregon, Mr. Kenck managed the finance, accounting, human resources and legal activities for this provider of billing solutions and financial software to utilities and municipal governments. He also implemented sales force management software and trained the sales staff in its use, resulting in the improved visibility and tracking of a growing national sales team.

Prior to his work at Innoprise, Mr. Kenck was Vice President and CFO of eFax.com, a $30 million NASDAQ-listed firm providing messaging and communications services to individuals and businesses throughout the world. He managed the firm’s finance, accounting, investor relations, human resources and legal activities, while also overseeing the development and implementation of large and complex e-commerce and billing systems. Among other responsibilities, he directed the company’s acquisitions and its strategic relationships with business partners, which included negotiating the company’s sale to J2 Global Communications.

In previous positions, Mr. Kenck was a managing director of Trilogy Capital Partners LLC, and an investment banker with Pacific Growth Equities, Inc., and Volpe Brown Whelan & Company, all Bay Area banking firms that provide capital and other financial services to public and private technology companies. A manager of Trilogy’s hedge fund, he also took on merger and acquisition and capital-raising assignments, negotiated strategic investments, and performed independent research and analysis of public technology firms.

Mr. Kenck graduated in business and finance from the University of Montana and subsequently received his MBA degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
